Funds & Payments-

All Hospitality & Institutional Supplies items are priced in United States Dollars (USD). Hospitality & Institutional Supplies accepts from United States of America (excluding USA territories), American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover credit cards. Hospitality & Institutional Supplies also accepts prepaid orders with checks, e-checks, wire transfers and money orders drawn on a USA bank and payable in U.S. currency.
Hospitality & Institutional Supplies reserves the right to require additional information prior to processing any order. Failure to provide requested information in a suitable and timely fashion will result in a delay of order processing and possible order cancellation.

Sales Tax Information-

Persons or Companies engaged in the business of service, repair, or retail are eligible for reseller certification.
You may be required to transmit a copy of your State's sales or use tax permit and a signed statement attesting to the nature of your business to Hospitality & Institutional Supplies.
It is the policy of the company to charge applicable sales tax if retailers do not supply the appropriate reseller tax identification certificate as required. The company is not responsible for additional tariffs, duties or any form of taxation that apply to items shipped to other states or outside the United States.

Order Acceptance-

The receipt of an e-mail confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or as a confirmation of an offer to sell. Hospitality & Institutional Supplies reserves the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity of any item on an order. We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason.
Hospitality & Institutional Supplies reserves the right to eliminate products for sale at any time on the site www.yourhotellinens.com. Hospitality & Institutional Supplies will use all reasonable efforts to ensure that all products listed are available. Should a product or products become sold out or unavailable for any reason, prior to removal from the website, neither Hospitality & Institutional Supplies nor any of its directors, officers, employees or other representatives will be held liable for damages, replacement or losses as a result of this occurrence.
Receiving confirmation of an order, either electronically or otherwise, does not signify Hospitality & Institutional Supplies' acceptance of the order nor does it affirm confirmation of Hospitality & Institutional Supplies offer to sell products to you. Hospitality & Institutional Supplies reserves the right at any time after receipt of the order to accept or decline your order for any reason.

Order Adjustment and Cancellation-

Hospitality & Institutional Supplies cannot accept change of shipping address requests after an order has been processed. Should you require the modification of an address please contact Customer Service immediately (within 24 hours of order transmission) at sales@yourhotellinens.com. Should you require a complete change of "Ship To" information you will be required to cancel your order and re-enter it. Hospitality & Institutional Supplies reserves the right to refuse shipment to temporary addresses without prior payment in full.
Hospitality & Institutional Supplies can not accept Post Office Box addresses for shipment. We can only ship to physical street addresses. Shipping addresses must comply with commercial delivery standards used by all majors carriers, such as UPS, USPS, Federal Express, Airborne Express and DHL.
In the event you desire to cancel an order, please notify us within 24 hours of order placement. Please provide the Order number and reason. If you desire to cancel an order after the 24 hour period, it is probable that the order will have been processed. If the shipment can be canceled, we will cancel the order. If not, the return policy will be in effect with return shipping charges applicable.

Color Disclaimer-

Due to variances among color monitors and other electronic display devices the colors as they appear on your screen may not match the actual colors. For true color comparison please order a sample prior to ordering.

Limited Lifetime Warranty-

Hospitality & Institutional Supplies will repair or replace defective products or components, and reserves the right of which option is deemed best. All shipping costs to send and receive the product for repairs will be the purchasers responsibly and not of Hospitality & Institutional Supplies.

Order Processing & Production Time-

We review every order for accuracy and one of our representatives may contact you if we have any questions or concerns. It can take up to 1 business day for us to review and process your order. Production time varies depending on items.

Delivery Times and Requirements-

Upon receipt of an order Hospitality & Institutional Supplies processes the order within 48 hours. 80% of our deliveries arrive within 14 business days. Shipping confirmation emails will be sent to you when your products leave the warehouses. Hospitality & Institutional Supplies in all cases tries to expedite all orders in a timely fashion. Multiple shipping points, backordered product and availability of the product(s) are considerations impacting delivery time. If you order several different products at once they may come from multiple shipping points and may arrive on different days.
Some products (such as pallets over 500 lbs.) may require shipping via common carrier. Delivery time for orders exceeding 500 lbs. may take longer to ship. The Hospitality & Institutional Supplies shipping department will contact you as to the actual ship time and coordinate the arrival of the shipment with you.
Customers shall be advised as to backordered products or out of stock products which may no longer be available.

Return Policy-

Although Hospitality & Institutional Supplies has great customer satisfaction, there are circumstances beyond our control which may affect an order.
Hospitality & Institutional Supplies guarantees full credit for product only or, if available, replacement for all defective items. You may return a defective product up to 7 days after you receive it. NO REFUNDS WILL BE AUTHORIZED AFTER 7 DAYS. Case lots must be returned in the original shipping carton with all individual items unopened. No partial returns will be accepted. All shipping costs for merchandise authorized by Hospitality & Institutional Supplies to be returned to Hospitality & Institutional Supplies shall be at the customer's expense. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) which is good for 7 days. No returns will be accepted without an RMA#. This policy is strictly enforced. Please email yourhotellinens.com for RMA. Products cannot be returned if washed or used.
"Clearance" area products purchased are "final sales" and can not be returned.

Typographical Errors-

The company is not responsible for typographical error or omissions relating to pricing, copy, photography or application. In the event of a pricing error you will be contacted via e-mail, facsimile or USPS Mail with the corrected pricing information.
In the event of damaged goods, incorrect shipments occur arrangements and credits will be issued as appropriate. In the event that product that does not get delivered due to uncontrollable event force majeure

Shipping Information-

We ship to customers within the lower 48 states via UPS ground or 3rd party ground transportation for orders only at or over $1500.00. Orders under $1500.00 customer will be responsible for shipping. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.
